1. About CareBite

CareBite is a monthly subscription-based online healthcare consultation platform. CareBite acts only as a platform connecting patients with doctors. CareBite does not provide medical treatment directly.

2. Subscription & Consultation

1. Patients pay a monthly subscription fee to access consultation services.
2. With an active subscription, patients can chat/consult with doctors for the entire month.
3. Cancellation: A patient can cancel their subscription before the doctor replies for the first time. Once the doctor has responded, the subscription will continue for the full month and no refund will be given.
4. CareBite reserves the right to cancel any subscription due to technical issues or policy violations.

3. Pricing

1. Each doctor sets their own monthly subscription fee independently. CareBite does not control the pricing.
2. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of taxes where applicable.
3. Payment is required to activate the monthly subscription.
4. Digital consultation access is provided online after successful payment — there is no physical delivery.

4. Code of Conduct & Termination

1. Users must communicate respectfully.
2. If any user sends abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or inappropriate messages, their subscription will be immediately cancelled without refund.
3. CareBite reserves the right to ban any user who violates these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability & Emergency

1. CareBite is only a platform. All medical advice is provided by independent licensed doctors.
2. This is NOT an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, please contact 1122 or visit the nearest hospital immediately. CareBite is not responsible for delays in emergency care.

6. Changes to Terms

CareBite may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.
