What is CareBite?
CareBite is a monthly subscription-based online healthcare consultation platform. We connect patients with licensed doctors through chat/consultation. CareBite does not provide medical treatment directly — doctors give independent medical advice.
How does the monthly subscription work?
You pay a monthly subscription fee to consult with a doctor. Once your subscription is active, you can chat with your assigned doctor for the entire month. Each doctor sets their own monthly fee in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
How much does it cost?
Monthly consultation starts from PKR 1,500 for doctors and dietitians, and PKR 3,000 for specialists. Each professional sets their own fee at or above these minimums. See our full Pricing page for details. All amounts are in PKR and shown before payment.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online through our secure payment gateway when you subscribe. Your subscription activates after successful payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel before the doctor replies for the first time and receive a full refund. Once the doctor has responded, the subscription continues for the full month and no refund is given for that month. See our Refund Policy.
How do I request a refund?
Email appdrlive@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment if you cancel before the doctor’s first reply. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Is there physical delivery?
No. CareBite provides digital online consultation services only. There are no physical products shipped. Access is granted immediately after payment.
Is CareBite an emergency service?
No. CareBite is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call 1122 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
What data does CareBite collect?
We collect name, phone, email, medical history, chat messages with doctors, and payment information. We do not sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Who can see my medical information?
Only your assigned doctor and authorized CareBite staff who need access to operate the service. Your data is stored securely.
What if I send abusive messages?
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages result in immediate subscription cancellation without refund, and your account may be banned. See Terms & Conditions.
